There's only one true motivator
If people feel good buying your stuff, they’ll keep coming for more.
Employees struggle with how to motivate their bosses to pay them more.
Companies struggle with how to motivate people to stay longer on the job.
Side hustlers and entrepreneurs struggle with how to motivate people to buy.
We all sell something.
Always.
What makes people buy?
Price isn’t the answer.
Feelings are.
If you feel good while doing something, you’ll never have to search for motivation. It becomes your source of motivation.
It’s the same with buying.
If people feel good buying your stuff, they’ll keep coming for more.
Feelings provoke emotions, which then provoke actions. Like the action to buy.
Making them feel good isn’t making them like you.
It’s understanding them.
What happens when you start understanding people?
your team act
your customers buy
your leaders promote you
your friends and relatives listen to you
How can you do that?
Few simple (not easy) tricks from NLP:
listen without interrupting
speak using the words they use
don’t assume, ask powerful questions
position your body the way they position theirs
disagree by agreeing - use “yes, and” instead of “yes, but”
Because it’s one thing if I tell you: “Yes, you’re smart, but…”, and a completely different thing if I told you instead: “Yes, you’re smart, and…”
Once you get that trust, you can sell your offer.

Because most of our emotions are initiated in our guts ;)
Got a gut feeling?
Trust that!
