Your food choices aren’t just about waistlines.
They impact your energy, focus, mood, and even the success of your online business.
High achievers don’t eat out of habit or craving.
They eat for the feeling after, not for the taste during.
I learned that the hard way.
Yes, I know it’s tough.
But it works.
And believe that a small shift will change your life.
I noticed (many times) that when I eat sugar, my productivity suffers, I’m able to do less in my job and my team feels I’m off.
But when I eat clean? That’s when I get promoted, and grow teams and new business lines with millions of profits from year one. And my personal finance improves (tremendously).
It’s a coincidence. It’s the cause.
The thing is, when you eat for nutrition, your mind is clear and sharp, so you make better decisions and your actions are moving you towards your goals.
That’s not happening when you eat for taste.
Here’s the technique I teach:
1. Observe yourself while eating
Catch yourself at the moment: eggs and avocado, or pizza and soda. How does it taste. Pay attention to every bite. Remeber it.
2. Observe yourself - how you feel after
Is your mind clear, focused, and energized?
Or is your belly heavy, your thoughts foggy, and your energy spiraling down?
Do you feel sleepy? No, that’s NOT normal.
Usually right after eating you need to feel energized - that's the purpose of nutrition. But after lunch? Most of us feel sleepy. Why? Bad eating.
The fact that 99% of the people eat bad and therefore feel sleepy after lunch doesn’t make it normal. It’s abnormal for our body. On a cellular level.
3 Make the connection.
Bind that feeling to the food.
Next time you’ll think twice.
It works.
Positive feelings reinforce good choices.
Negative outcomes teach you to pause next time and think twice.
My own example:
Eggs + avocado = energy boost - hours of steady energy I stay focused, creative, alive. Sometimes even euphoric.
Pizza = energy drop - my belly drags and my brain fuzzes.
Each time you notice the difference, you wire yourself toward better habits without forcing it.
You don’t need willpower.
You just need awareness.
Next time you eat, pause before the first bite.
Ask yourself: “How do I want to feel after this?”
Then observe. Then remember.
Over time, this simple loop builds trust between what you eat and how you perform every single day.
Eat for the feeling after, not for the taste during.
Because when you eat for feeling, you feed your mind, your body, and your business.
You’ll have a GUT time, and your GUTs will thank you ;)
