Productivity.
You think there’s a hack to it?
There’s not.
I’m highly productive. Not a joke.
People keep asking me how I manage…
What I do online:
Write on Medium and Substack
Run three publications on Medium and two on Substack
Run two challenges on Substack
Run an atomic newsletter on ConvertKit
Run an online shop on Gumroad
Run another online shop on Shopify
Run two channels on YouTube
Create custom GPTs
Stay active on Social media
Work 1:1 with consulting / coaching / training
Build the CREATIVTETECH HUB for creators
Manage my own company for all of that
That’s on the side.
I have a 9-5 which I love.
And I travel a lot.
Just recently I graduated my Master’s in Finance and now I continue my studies on Python programming and AI to help me build the CREATIVETECH HUB.
I have a partner and a crazy Jack Russell dog, no kids, but lots of quality time with friends. My partner is a bass guitar player in a big rock band. I help them with social media and graphic design (yes, I know that too).
I’m not a superhuman.
I don’t get up at 5 a.m.
Still, I manage to also have time for myself.
There’s no secret to it.
There’s only commitment.
You simply get things done.
You need the right mindset. It all comes down to these…
9 simple things:
Move the body.
There are two vital liquids in our human body, that need to constantly move so that we’re healthy:
The blood.
We need that movement for nourishment (and tons of other processes).
The heart is responsible for that movement.
The lymph.
We need that movement for cleansing (and tons of other processes).
No organ is responsible for that movement.
It needs mechanical movement from the body.
If you don’t do it, your health starts to suffer.
Weight gain is the first sign.
So move the body.
Ditch the white poisons:
Milk
Sugar
White flour
Limit rice and potatoes.
Fast.
Skip a meal whenever you can.
Every food contains toxins.
You can’t get rid of them if you constantly pump them in.
Fast helps the cleansing.
Your body will thank you.
Sleep.
You don’t need 8 hours.
All you need is:
1-2 hours of REM sleep to recover the brain
1-2 hours of DEEP sleep to recover the body
The DEEP sleep happens only after you do to sleep.
You can extend it if you sleep on intervals of 2-3 hours.
We’re not supposed to sleep the whole night.
Ancient humans used to wake up at night to tell stories, then go back to sleep again. This extends the DEEP sleep.
Get rid of toxic relationships.
ASAP.
Get surrounded by more people who are ahead of you in whatever you aim to grow.
When you grow this happens naturally. People who can’t keep up with your pace will eventually disappear from your life.
Balance emotions.
Don’t try to control them.
Don’t suppress them.
Release them.
Utilize them.
They are our most powerful skill.
So ditch the drama and take responsibility of your life.
Because you are your life’s architect.
Find someone to love.
Get a dog if you can’t.
Do something you love.
Choose something that gives you sense of purpose.
Learn a new skill.
Embrace a growth mindset.
Trust the process, forget the outcome.
Obsess with improvement.
Cleanse.
Fasts will help you clean the body.
You need to clean emotions and thoughts.
Start with positive self-talk.
Then continue with positive talk.
Switch off the TV.
Delete social media apps.
Hug a tree.
That’s it!
Just get things done!
Oh, and remember to have a GUT time in the meantime ;)
