Do you think you are enough to succeed?
For so many years I thought I was enough to do whatever I wanted. And I was right. But the outcomes were mediocre.
I wanted more…
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
All successful people know this.
You need a team
A team of real people who believe in you, who walk side by side with you and help you every step of the way.
These people can be real physical people from your surroundings, but not necessarily. They can be people you pay to learn from online. People who teach you the hard skills you need to succeed. Even tools that help you streamline, automate and move faster.
Don’t outsource, learn and grow your skills. Those are your assets.
You need a coach
People who are ahead of you. People you can learn from. People who inspire you to never stop no matter what. People who are evidence your dream is possible. Who transform you into a better version of yourself every day.
If you have someone like that around you, you’re blessed. I’ve had someone like that throughout my whole life. If you don’t, find one.
Mediocre people strive to be the smartest in the room. If you are, you have no one to learn from.
If you’re the smartest person in the room, it’s time to leave the room.
Go find someone smarter. You have 7 billion to choose from. Read non-fiction books on self-improvement. Watch courses. Find a newsletter on Substack. Find those who succeeded in what you aim to succeed.
Don’t admire, absorb and apply.
You need yourself
Build a growth mindset. Build systems that move you one step closer every day.
Trust the process.
That’s my recipe for success.
Now go apply it!
And remember to Have a Gut Time along the way!
